Oakland Big Tree Registry
Well this makes perfect sense. I guess the cities largest / oldest Oak Tree was unattended in Dimond Park and was lost due to disease back in 2005.
So now they are asking people to report old trees and such so that they may be watched after and maintained so we don’t lose any more of these ancient Oakland Residents.
