This picture is of the Port of Oakland shipping container cranes at one of the berths. I took it from a Ferry on the Port of Oakland’s Free Harbor Tour. As you have probably heard the ongoing urban legend that George Lucas got his idea for the AT-AT Walkers (All Terrain Armored Transport) from the Port of Oakland Cranes while flying into the Bay Area’s Oakland International Airport (OAK)at one time. Can it be confirmed? Who knows the truth. I think it is highly possible because he does live here in the North Bay at Skywalker Ranch in Marin, CA. However he claims recently that this is NOT the case. George Lucas says he did not get his AT AT Walker idea from the Port Cranes. Is this true? Would he give the Shipping Container Cranes credit for his Walkers? Or would he say it is obviously an unique idea created purely by my own imagination?

On another note these shipping container cranes are used to unload massive cargo ships at the Port of Oakland which is the 4th largest port in the Nation as far as container tonnage movement. The Port of Oakland moves 99% of Northern California’s shipping industry goods through it. We handle a lot of business here in Oakland in and out. The Port of Oakland also includes the Oakland International Airport.

Ghettoworks in Oakland 4th of July

This year for 4th of July we went up in the Oakland Hills and watch Oakland blow up.
It was an amazing view with ghettoworks going off all over the hood.
We also had a semi cool view of the San Francisco Pier 39 dual firework show, Marin County Sausalito firework show and the San Mateo county or Foster City firework show.

Will Nuclear fallout from Japan reach California Bay Area Oakland San Francisco?

725d1754f2a855136fbf0199528af48a Will Nuclear fallout from Japan reach California Bay Area Oakland San Francisco? pictureThe answer is likely not. The distance across the great wide Pacific is something like 5,100 miles. Exactly? I’m really not sure but the point is it’s a LONG way.
If you think about it there was no worry when the US Government dropped a few nukes on Japan back in 1945 during World War II. Did a fallout cloud make it to us? Not reported if so. Also our very own Gov dropped many many bombs in our very own Pacific Ocean and Nevada Deserts back in those days. Again, no one was trippen. Maybe we were not savvy enough to worry or maybe it made no difference.

Another thing is the great wide distance allows for MUCH dissipation along the way so it would be spread thin all over. Also it seems this radioactive fallout material is denser than air and falls to the ground or would be brought down by rain along the way. Again, I’m no scientist and this may not be all that accurate, but just a bunch of stuff I have picked up from reading the interwebs the last few days. So it would indeed drop into the Pacific Ocean before it got to us on the West Coast or San Francisco / Oakland.

But, do we even know the true radiation levels being emitted from Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant in Japan after the 9.0 Earthquake? I think the answer is no, we do not know the true levels. I get this from this article here. U.S. radiation experts try to decipher reports from Japan

If we were to get hit by this fallout cloud here in California, the NYTimes is guessing it will be the 18th or so here in Oakland based on this map. And it looks like Los Angeles is first because of the offshore weather pattern. Fallout forecast.

However, if you’re scared there is a live map you can check here for a current Radiation Count Per Minute based on real time Geiger Counter stations in the US.

I have been watching it the last few days and 22-30 seems about normal for us in the Bay Area.

Also here is the epa.gov Radnet map. it shows so far we’re fine but what the hell happened on March 2nd??? That is HIGH Levels and we never even knew……

So in conclusion, I think we’re safe. Even if it got messy and we did get hit you just stay inside, tape up your windows, eat some ice cream and watch some Netflix. Word.

But if you are really worried buy some pills on eBay or something. I got some on the way, not for this event but for when San Francisco gets Nuked and a real fallout cloud is coming for Oakland.

Chemtrails and contrails over the Bay Area

Man made clouds expanding and taking over the San Francisco sky.

Ok, I know this is not Oakland related however while walking home this morning I noticed several airplanes at high altitudes crisscrossing, leaving clouds, making circles, flying back to back and basically covering the skies over Oakland.
I think people should be aware of this, look up, watch and be observant.
Commercial airliners do NOT fly loops over major cities. These are missions of some sort and they are creating a man made cloud cover before our very eyes yet no one notices.

Now with that being said, the video below was taken by me on top of Mt Tamalpais a few months back. I shot it because you could see the distinct difference between a contrail and a chemtrail or as I call them “man made cloud”.

One dissipates as a condensation trail should and would. Some may argue that it is vortices but that is a contrail that dissipated mixed with a chemtrail. Vortices are small thin trails left from wing tips of say Fighter jets flying at extremely high speeds. The other(chemtrails?) spreads out and sticks around becoming a huge haze cover and eventually falling to the ground over the course of the day creating a really hazy evening. Most people just brush this off as “Marine Layer“, but come on pay attention! It’s particulates from above and you can watch it being laid out in a grid like fashion by planes circling at high altitudes.
I have even seen with my own eyes these planes turn on and off the cloud left behind. How is that contrails?
